CWI Online Scholarship Application
This single scholarship application allows students to complete ONE application and be considered for ALL available CWI Foundation Scholarships. Applicants will complete basic demographic and academic information and answer a questionnaire based on their enrollment plans, course of study and background. This application will identify the students' available scholarships and apply with the simple click of a mouse. Scholarship applications will then be reviewed for selection by a Scholarship Committee.
Please read the following information and click the link below to submit your application. The priority deadline for the 2011-2012 academic year is May 1, 2011. Applications received by this date will be considered in the initial awarding session. Applications may be submitted until September 1, 2011 to be considered in the second awarding session, but awards in the second awarding session will be limited to any remaining funds after the initial awarding session has taken place.

Personal Information
- Students need to provide their most current and reliable e-mail address. All scholarship award letters will be sent to the e-mail address that is provided.
- Your Student ID number # is assigned to you after you apply for admission, pay the $25 application fee, and submit your transcripts. A letter noting your CWI student ID # will be mailed to you after you have been accepted. You will need your student ID number to complete your scholarship application. Students enrolled in programs with Business Partnerships / Workforce Development (BP/WD) should enter the last 6 digits of their student ID.
- Returning Students: Your CWI Student ID # is on your CWI Student ID Card.
Opening Questionnaire
- Your answers to these questions will help us determine what scholarships will appear in the "Recommended Scholarships" list at the end of the application process.
Academic Information
- This section requires information regarding high school attended, expected or actual date of graduation, intended program of study and GPA. We will use your in-progress high school transcripts, official GED, or COMPASS scores submitted with your Admissions Application to determine eligibility for awards; it is your responsibility to make sure we receive official transcripts by the deadlines.
Free Form Essay Questions
- Answering these questions will allow donors and scholarship committees to get a preview of who you are and how serious you are about your education. If you have an existing College Essay or Personal Statement that answers the asked questions, feel free to copy and paste from a word document. Do not leave these questions blank.
- Some scholarships require you to complete an essay. Be sure to complete those essays if you want to be considered for those scholarships.
Attaching Documents
- NOTE: The maximum file size for uploaded documents is 10 MB. Students may need to reduce the size of images so the uploading process is quicker. Official transcripts will need to be mailed to us separately.
Recommended Scholarships
- Don't forget to click on the "Apply Now" buttons to apply for the scholarships listed. If you do not click "Apply Now" we will not be able to see your application.
