Refund Policy
If the Community Education department officially cancels a class every effort will be made to notify you, via e-mail and/or phone, prior to the first class session. If you need to withdraw from a class, contact the Community Education department 48 hours prior to the start of the first class to obtain a Refund Form. Refunds are processed within ten business days.
Issuing insufficient funds will negate the opportunity to attend Community Education classes until satisfactory settlement has been made at a One Stop Student Services office. A $25 service fee will be assessed for non-sufficient funds.
Community Education classes are designed for adults, 16 years of age and over, however, some classes may be well-suited for a younger audience and available with parental consent. Please contact the Community Education director to request a refund, to inquire about registering individuals under the age of 16, or if you would like other information about Community Education.
